Description
Effervescent Tablets Tube Packing machine is applicable for packing of bigger and thinner tablets which are orderly fed into bobbin bottles/tube in a single row.
Technology:
● Cap vibrating: It will automatically arrange the cap in the hopper move to the track by the vibrating system for capping.
● Tablet feeding: It will automatically send the tablets in the hopper to the channels for packing preparation.
● Tube feeding: The shaking system will automatically send
tube to the rack.
● Cap pushing: Cap pushing system will push cap and close the tube automatically, no tablet no capping, no tube no capping.
● Electronic control section: This machine is controlled by PLC, cylinder and step motor, with automatic multi-function alarm system.
